Classes


Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and last approximately one and a half hours (1.5 hrs).

Preparations for the classes


- It is important to not eat any food 2 hours prior to the classes. This is important for the body to be able to move in an unobstructed way. Water and other non-alcoholic liquids are fine.
- Do wear loose, comfortable clothes that will allow your body to move with ease and flexibility.
- It's always nice to have your own mat, but yoga mats are provided by the studio for use during the classes.


Class Fees


All classes are donation based. Please contribute what you can.

Private classes are also available. Inquire within.
