Alexei Tereshkin


Alex's classes consist of a freestyle flow of postures and exercises designed to create a dynamic and solid workout with a focus on balance, flexibility and endurance. As the body moves through this challenging class, an emphasis is placed on developing a strong, calm, and peaceful mind.



Jeannie 'O Brien


Jeannie is a Bay Area native and had several years of self-yoga practice before completing her 200 hour Life of a Yogi Teacher Training with Sri Dharma Mittra in 2008. Jeannie teaches a relaxing and gentle Hatha/Raja class for beginners and people who are new to Yoga.



Dharma Yoga I (Beginner)

This is the beginning level of the Dharma Yoga series. Students will practice DY Surya Namaskar and be introduced to DY Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level I to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints, and wake up the nervous system. A gentle yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted postures will follow. This practice ends with deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation exercises to remove impurities and bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind.
